Meet up at the Post Office Park Newton St Monto at 9:45am to leave at 10am. This drive will take us out to Mulgildie to visit an old grave yard, old weir and the Bunyip Hole with a back drive through to Abercorn where we will visit the soda springs and taste the crisp soda water as nature herself supplies. Smoko at the Abercorn tennis courts before heading out to explore Wuruma Dam and enjoy our picnic lunch before heading along Old Rawbelle Road to visit the original site of the Rawbelle homestead and see the old grave yard beside the Nogo River. We will then stop at the rest area at Coominglah before heading home via Hurdle Gully with a chance to take in the views from the Coominglah lookout. This is an amazing drive with plenty to see, visit and explore. Don’t forget to pack your smoko/lunch, chair and camera. See You There!!
