Meet up at the post office park in Newton Street at 8:15am to depart at 8:30am. A huge thank you to Helen Goody and her Family who have organised and will lead this trip, her family has a long association with this area and are happy to share their local knowledge and history of the area. This is a very scenic drive in an area steeped with history and the chance to explore the remnants of a once productive gold mine. Things to bring: lunch/smoko, chair, hat and camera
