Chair Yoga (Fortnightly)

Take a moment to slow down and recharge with our gentle chair yoga sessions. Perfect for all abilities, these relaxing classes focus on movement, breathing, and wellbeing.

Learn to Knit & Crochet (Fortnightly)

Life is created one stitch at a time! Come along to learn the basics, build your skills, or bring along your own project. A wonderful way to unwind, create, and connect with others.

Monto Book Club (Once a Month)

Love a good read? Join our friendly book club where we chat about the month’s book and pick up the next one. No pressure — just great conversation and good company.

Ladies Open Door Morning Tea (Weekly)

A welcoming weekly space for women to enjoy a cuppa, conversation, and connection. No need to bring anything — just yourself and a smile.

MNC Playgroup (Fortnightly)

A fun and inclusive morning for little ones with craft, games, and story time. It’s also a great opportunity for parents and carers to connect.

Chess Mates (Fortnightly)

Curious about chess or already know how to play? Come along for a friendly game, learn new strategies, and meet fellow players. Held at the Monto Coffee Lounge.
