The Monto Show is an annual celebration of the region’s industries, interests, and community spirit.
This beloved event is made possible by the dedication of members, stewards, sponsors, donors, volunteers, competitors, and exhibitors who contribute their time and effort. With 23 diverse sections highlighting various industries and hobbies, the show thrives due to the passion of its organizers.
A major highlight is the Saturday night Rodeo and Fireworks , featuring top riders and intense competition. With a range of activities, exhibits, and entertainment, the Monto Show offers something for everyone, from farmers to families and visitors. It is a true showcase of rural life and tradition.
2025 marked the 20th anniversary of the Monto Cattle Drive and Trail Ride, first held in 2005. The committee warmly invites all past participants to join in celebrating this milestone the weekend of 6-8 June.
The Show Society also hosts Tag-A-Long tours around the district several times a year, offering a unique opportunity to explore the region.
