Monto Landcare Group

Monto Landcare Group is a small, volunteer run group of locals passionate about propagating and planting trees, wildlife, sustainable land management and sharing the use of our hall (former Monto Scout Hall) with community groups, organisations and events.

We meet on the third Thursday of each month at 5pm and have a plant stall at the Monto Markets (2nd Saturday of each month) whenever possible. We welcome new members interested in joining us. Our hall sits in a natural bushland setting and offers a large internal space of more than 200 square metres plus a generous kitchen and plenty of outdoor space for activities and workshops.
